Suchhu Hydropower Project (SHPP) – 18 MW
Successfully executed complete hydro-mechanical (HM) works for the 18 MW Suchhu Hydropower Project,
covering design, engineering, fabrication, supply, installation, and commissioning of critical water
conveyance and control systems. The project stands fully commissioned, demonstrating BHSL’s capability
in delivering high-precision and reliable HM infrastructure.

Dagachhu Hydropower Project (DHPP) – 126 MW
At Dagachhu Hydropower Project, BHSL succesfully carried out the fabrication, transportation and installation of critical hydro-mechanical components for the Head Race Pipe. The scope of work included a 4m dia Head Race Pipe (HRP) with a total length of 90m, Steel Saddles, Expansion Joints and Transition Pieces to connect HRT to both ends of HRP. The works involved precision welding, machining, assembly and advanced inspection techniques to ensure high quality, structural integrity and operational reliability.
